  1. Can you buy online and pick up In Store?

 Unfortunately, at this time you can only purchase online and have it shipped to you.

  1. If it sells out online, but is in stock In Store, are we able to purchase it through the store and have it shipped to us?

At this time, online and in store are two completely different “stores.” If it is available In Store, you must purchase physically in store and if it is available online and you are in store, you must order through online.

 

  1. What if we see something online that says In Store, but we do not see it online?

We will make sure to specify if a style is in store only or online only so it is clear where to purchase the style you love!

 

  1. Am I able to return an item I purchased online In Store?

If an item is purchased online, it must be sent back through online.

 

  1. If I received a gift card In Store, can it be used online?

Online and In Store are two completely separate “stores.” If you received a gift card purchased in store it must be used at the Sayville location. If you receive a gift card online, it must be used online only.

 

  1. If I received a store credit In Store, am I able to use it online and vice versa?

Unfortunately, at this time if a store credit is received in store it must be used In Store ONLY. If a store credit is received online from an online purchase, it must be used Online ONLY!
